 How we will use your information?

 The information you provide to us as part of the application process will be used for the planning, administration, coordination and recording of Safeguarding Children Training.  It will be held by Sheffield City Council on behalf of the Sheffield Safeguarding Children Board and Safeguarding Children and Quality Assurance Service.

 How will we share your information?

Your information will be shared with your agency or organisation and within the Safeguarding Children and Quality Assurance Service.  On occasion we may also share your information with other monitoring and regulatory bodies e.g. the Sheffield Safeguarding Children Board, other Sheffield City Council quality assurance services and OFSTED.

 How long we keep information for

 As part of our individual training record (ITR), we will keep a record that you have attended the training for up to 4 years.
