Safeguarding Annual Audit from Head Teachers
The Safeguarding Annual Audit (SAA) 2023-24 is now complete. Please see the reports below.
- Head Teachers/Principals and others designated as ‘Leaders’ on the PHEW! audit system received an automatic system notification on the launch date. Additional team members can be added by the Headteacher/Principal and can also designate other team members as 'leaders' on the system.

Once you have completed and submitted the SAA, you will have the option to download your audit and action plan.

SAA Analysis for Academic Year 23-24:
The new SAA reporting for 23-24 has been developed based upon the feedback of DSLs and School and Trust Leaders
Reporting has been moved to the Autumn term to make the information more timely and relevant to education settings.
There are up to 4 reports for you to access;

3. Locality and SEND Setting Reporting
4. If you are in an Academy Trust with 4 or more schools in Sheffield, CEOs and/or Safeguarding Directors will have received a bespoke report for your Trust.
