Safeguarding Workshop - Safer Sleep

Do you feel confident how to advise families about Safer Sleep?  Do you want to check that you are delivering the key messages that families need to keep their babies safe?

 In this workshop you will:

• Develop knowledge on Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.
• Discuss how we can reduce the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome in the families we work with.
• Develop knowledge on Carbon Monoxide
• Understand the effects of smoking on newborns.
• Understand the key messages for parents on safer sleep.
