Safeguarding Workshop - Hope in the Dark: Courage and Self Compassion for Managers
Self Compassion - why, how, why not and if not now, when?
This session will focus on the centrality of self-compassion as a skill, way of being and practice to enable us to live fully and authentically.
To contribute to the happiness of those we serve, work with, lead and interact with in our lives.
It will describe practical steps, the cultivation of a life skill, the personal and societal barriers, and ways of overcoming them.
There will be two short meditations as part of the webinar.
