This multi-agency workshop is relevant to all services having contact with children, young people, adults, and families.

The workshop will provide an opportunity:
- To consider Neglect, Cumulative Harm and Adolescent Vulnerability
- To see the whole picture: Patterns of Behaviour and Cumulative Harm in Domestic Abuse
- To discuss the common themes identified, using case studies from local Domestic Abuse related Death Reviews, Safeguarding Adult Reviews, Joint Case Reviews.
- Think Whole Family, Work Whole Family
The workshop will also enable participants to:
- To discuss Dilemmas – what are our dilemmas in relation to Safeguarding children, young people, adults and what should we do?
- Gain knowledge of each other’s thresholds for intervention, way of working and information sharing.
- Consider what might we miss when we focus on one issue or incident, rather than the family’s wider history and lived experience?
For Health Care Staff –This event meets the requirements for 4 hours Level 3 Safeguarding Children training.
